I am a teaching assistant at Nansemond River High School where I also designed and maintain the school website. During the fall season I also coach the Junior Varsity Girls Volleyball.
I have been scrapbooking for almost 13 years. My first experience was with Creative Memories where I became a consultant to help others in this great hobby. Times changed and so did my style so I no longer sell the product but visit many LSSs in search the next great product! I bought my silhouette in March of 2007 and since then have made just about every title in my albums.
On a more personal note I am the proud mother of 22 year old Rachele who is a graduate student at ODU studying to be a teacher and 20 year old William who is attending VCU to study business management while he pitches on their baseball team. He eventually wants to become an architect or be drafted into the Major Leagues. I am also a doting grandma to 2 year old Mason, since he and his mom live with us I get to dote everyday!!
I love to relax in the spring out on our hammock reading a good scrapbooking or photography book. I search for the next best idea! When I am not relaxing outside I hide in my scrapbooking room and work on my albums. I came across MyDiecuts when I was searching for a community that shared cutter files. I have found many wonderful files here and hope to incorporate them in my scrapbooking. I love going to the site and seeing new ideas! In my search for cutter files I have come across many wonderful sites such as UKScrappers, Crafty Le Craftrobo and wishbladingwell.
I absolutely love my cutter, but eventually I want to purchase a KNK so that I can cut 12" designs.
